Enthusiasm! @ Work: For Leaders
As long-time readers already know, I love collecting quotes. Following is one that was included at the bottom of a recent e-mail.
"Leadership is about capturing the imagination and enthusiasm of your people with clearly defined goals that cut through the fog like a beacon in the night."I so love my 'work' with/about enthusiasm. One reason: new insights, experiences and observations are always coming to me or others who tell me about them.
Regarding the above quote, effective leaders know that to honor and respect the enthusiasm of their people, work groups and teams naturally fuels creativity, imagination, engagement, solution seeking, improved productivity and much more.
